Scott is a veteran communications professional with over 25 years' experience. As principal of Fraser Communications Group (FCG), he provides PR, media relations, crisis communications, government affairs and more for his clients. He has helped to protect the reputations of companies in crisis, and gained positive exposure for clients from high tech start-ups to established healthcare organizations. Scott is an adjunct professor at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. He also is the public address announcer for the Pawtucket Red Sox and a past president of the Southeastern New England Chapter.
Crystal DeStefano, APR

Crystal DeStefano is President and Director of Public Relations at Strategic Communications, LLC in Syracuse, N.Y. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance at the State University New York at Albany. She gained PR experience from agencies in Albany and Syracuse prior to joining Strategic Communications, LLC. After serving as Director of Public Relations and providing PR service to its clients for 6 years, she became owner and president in 2014. Crystal is the immediate past president of the PRSA Central New York Chapter.
Jackie Lustig, APR
During three decades, Jackie Lustig has developed and executed award-winning programs for diverse businesses and mission-driven organizations. She is Senior Director, Corporate Communications, at Alere, a global leader in rapid diagnostics, responsible for driving Alere’s external and internal communications and corporate social responsibility initiatives. In 2008, Jackie won a PRSA Silver Anvil and UN Grand Award for leading a PR campaign for One Laptop per Child. She was the 2012 president of PRSA Boston, has a B.A. magna cum laude in History from Brown University and an MBA summa cum laude from Babson College..
Siobhan Kent, APR
Siobhan Kent, APR, is Communications Director for the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region, a regional nonprofit funder. Siobhan has worked with nonprofit organizations for nearly two decades, and holds bachelor's degrees in journalism and Latin American studies from SUNY New Paltz.
Siobhan is past president of PRSA's Capital Region chapter, accreditation chair for PRSA Capital Region, and is communications chair for PRSA’s Northeast District.
In her spare time, Siobhan volunteers and provides pro bono graphic design and marketing/communications assistance to various nonprofit organizations. She credits strong, delicious coffee with giving her enough energy to get it all done.
